Fine for a single night stay, and check-out at 1pm and well as holding our luggage was appreciated. The breakfast Phō was excellent! and rooftop pool is cool and great to get away, but it can be crowded and a bit difficult to navigate during the bar's happy hour. The rooms and facilities are a little shabby and some simple maintenance would really improve this hotel.

The staff is very accommodating, always with a smile on their faces and everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect even if it's one night. The rooms are stunning, huge, beautifully decorated and has amazing features and amenities. The pool is clean, nice to swim and the view is absolutely breathtaking. Gorgeous! I absolutely recommend this hotel so much as we adore it very much!

Reasonably priced downtown hotel offering an amazing view from the rooftop in all directions of the city. The service is very good as well as the food including breakfast. Perfect spot for downtown sightseeing with the main attractions being within walking distance.

Unfortunately we stay 3 nights , room 702 from December 31st to the 3rd of January 2024. Very bad experience. January 1st we went down stair for breakfast . Workers said nothing to you. No welcome. I got rice soup. My first bite with the tissue paper inside the rice soup. I told one of the waitress there , she took the bowl from me straight to ask the chef. When she came back she said maybe the clients kids put the tissue paper inside the rice soup pot. Sorry and walk away. My hotel room was open on the 2nd day we checked in . I was so scared . I told the receptionist to check the camera what was happens? I have no reply or tell me anything until now. We won't stay there again and We won't recommend this hotel. Noisy location.
