It was an okay experience. First of all, the rooms felt dirty but actually it was the tiles that had stains in them so be aware of it. Thankfully, there were no molds. The rooms were okay and for relatively cheap it had all the things you need to live. Don't expect any luxury. A good point is that the hotel staff were able to understand English which helped a lot and the staff were very friendly.

The first issue of dissatisfaction with this hotel is the narrow parking entrance and inadequate lighting. Additionally, there's a lack of staff to assist and ensure convenience. The second issue emerged immediately after completing the check-in process. As soon as the elevator doors opened I noticed that the hallway carpet was old and emitting an unpleasant odor from the bathrooms cigarettes and marijuana (imagine a scene from a horror or thriller movie. it was very uncomfortable and eerie). Upon entering our room there were stubborn stains and marks on the floor and the bathroom seemed old and inadequately clean. What's worse the bedspread had marks that resembled baby oil or sperm which was highly unacceptable. When I contacted the lobby they asked for a 30-minute wait for housekeeping to replace it but we couldn’t endure the wait and requested a room change. However, the new room was similar if not worse in smell than the first. We had to cancel our stay and contact the agency for a refund as we simply couldn’t tolerate staying in such conditions. I’d like to express gratitude to the kind staff who tried to assist us. However, your hotel was a disaster for our trip. "Please be advised not to stay at this hotel until they have renovated it."

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are filthy, run down, no maintenance noticeable... The staff is very friendly and helped me with a few things. I feel sorry for them for having to work in a dirty old place like this. The location of the hotel is good, right on soi 11, but you can find other hotels for the same budget very close by, so there really is no reason to stay here... I booked this hotel by mistake, thinking I was booking in the Phoenix hotel... I was only staying a few nights, so I punished myself and made myself stay ... Check out my photos. You will see the horrible stains on the floor, the ceiling, the hole in the ceiling, the broken woodwork... the peeling wallpaper... filthy... In short: DO NOT STAY HERE... it is the worst... just disgusting...

Very very sub par hotel. Windows at lobby and restaurant not been cleaned for years. Room floors are stained and bathroom was not cleaned when I checked in. Towels given were super cheap and horrible. Staff were impolite and unprofessional Breakfast was a joke and horrible. Location isn't everything if the hotel is seriously horrible. The hotel needs to be upgrade and repainted etc honestly. The owners taking in money but not providing the right service at all. Disappointed stay honestly

I reserved a "Superior" room, which would have normally cost 1200 THB per night. The first room was so dirty that I had to switch, and I found parts of dead bedbugs in the bed. The next room was also in very poor condition, requiring room service to change the sheets, fix the air conditioning, and even replace the only chair because it was badly broken. When I looked in the room's cabinet, I noticed that the electrical panel had partially melted, appearing very dangerous. These rooms were marketed to us as Superior rooms and would have cost 1200 THB per night without discounts, which is an outrageous price for such poor quality. Other hotel guests I spoke to in the corridors had also received terrible rooms. I stayed just because i was tired as hell after 11,5h flight and after two sleepless nights. I do not recommend this place for anyone..
