I came to Hanoi on a solo trip from the states and within a week, I changed rooms 3 times. My final hotel was the best choice. Le Jardin Haute Couture was the only hotel I stayed in that looked exactly like its pictures. If you want modern style, clean, great breakfast and friendly staff, then this place is for you. Every single staff member was friendly and extremely accommodating. They even let me rest in a small room so I wouldn't be at the airport too early. As a westerner, I am very specific about having a clean room and these days I feel like companies spend more time taking/editing their room photos than actually cleaning their rooms. I really loved the hotel and the fact I am leaving a review, speaks volumes. Again, please book this room if you want cleanliness, with a luxury/Beverly hills feel without the worry of rodents or creepy crawlers running across your feet or luggage.

Great location! So close to the old quarter but at the same time far from the noise. The rooms are nicely curated, the size are not generous but you will find everything you need. Never slept so well. The staff members go above and beyond to help you and make your stay pleasurable. There is a beautiful rooftop bar that should definitely check out! Highly recommend

The hotel is lovely, the rooms are a good size (and clean and nice) and the breakfast was nice. the highlight of our stay was the staff, especially Tracy, who was lovely, helping us with early check in and late check out, as well as allowing us to leave our luggage at the hotel for 4 nights while we went to sapa. Would definitely stay here again! The pool area is not the best, quite small and only 2 sun loungers, but other than that I have no complaints.

Mainly wanted to share that the reception manager is trying to tightly control the hotels rating through begging and bribing. I paid $100 a night for a suite and slept terribly due to noise from staff/the restaurant. When I gave this feedback they weren't interested in how they would resolve it for future guests, only that I would potentially leave a critical review. Reception staff also ruined suprises I had planned and paid for, by discussing them in front of my partner on check in. So some training is needed there.

I have been traveling with my family throughout Vietnam. We landed here in Hanoi and stayed two days at Le Jardin, then went down the country and stayed at 5 other hotels. This one was one of the hotels that stood out the most. The rooms were clean but the view was super boring, we had a valley with someones laundry hanging. The breakfast was very good, I really recommend the chicken pho for breakfast! The personnel were very nice to us and we could communicate with each other. The hotel is very central and you wont have a problem getting around 👍 And to top it all off, it was very cheap 😁
