Not worth the money. Some hotels are after your experience, this one is only after your money... I asked for an extra bed in the check in. They insisted on charging an extra fee. It doesn't matter if I'm right or wrong (I was right). I spent 8,000 dollars on this hotel and found myself arguing on 200 dollars on check in. Disappointing!! Staff knocking on your door to check the minibar in the middle of the day (in addition to the cleaning service. Why?) Staff running after me at breakfast to check in while simply returning with the child from the restroom. Nothing personal here... Great hotels are not just having the biggest pool or gym. It's all about the service. You can do better with your money. I'm sure.

Pretty big and impressive property . Pools , they had 4 of them. A dedicated kids activity and watch centre . Nice private beach . It’s far from the main Phuket areas but a good place to chill and relax. They have few restaurants within the property . A nurse station on call . Vegetarian options are available in the menu. There were few lapses from room service but they did rectify when notified . Should definitely improve the front desk experience whilst handling the crowd. The customer service team is really good and willing to support as much as possible.

This is our second stay at Le Meridian and we would choose this hotel again, rooms spacious, bed comfortable, staff brilliant, always helpful and cheerful. Breakfast had so many wonderful choices that I ate too much every day. Only negative was our mistake in choosing September rainy windy weather to visit. On the beach and has a huge pool, we managed a couple of swims when the weather wasn't too bad. I should have gotten their names, we were in room 519, the cleaning lady was exceptional and the fun, distinguished greying gentleman on the transportation desk had a great memory and was so efficient and helpful. This was only because we saw them most, all staff were fantastic
