Was a decent stay. The staff were very nice and tried their best to make our stay pleasant. However, there were some points that bothered us where we think management could improve the business: 1- We booked a superior double room with sea-side view balcony, but it sounds better than what it is. You get a small glimpse of the sea and not really a nice sea view. 2- The room is on the first floor and it could get noisy at night. During one night, the restaurant downstairs had loud music and we struggled to fall asleep. To help, the accommodation provides ear plugs but we could still hear the music 3- The superior room is right next to the dining room where breakfast is served. We woke up everyday at 7:00 by the noise of the staff preparing breakfast. The dining room consists of one big table for all guests. We were fine with that as we socialized with the other guests, but some people would prefer their own table. 4- Breakfast could be more generous. For the price we paid, we would have liked to see more variety and more fresh products. They had croissants and pastries that seemed heated by a microwave, and not coming fresh from a bakery. 5- They give you a blanket without a cover. It’s washed and smells good but it’s yellow and has stains. They didn’t have a duvet cover to tuck it inside. The lady however improvised and covered it with sheets and we were fine with it. The positives of course are: 1- The location is great. Just minutes away from the coast for an evening walk, plenty of restaurants nearby, a supermarket and also a pharmacy just downstairs. Also walking distance to the Beverello port to take the ferries. 2- Staff is also very accommodating and wants to make sure you’re happy. They give you umbrellas, dental kits upon request, ear plugs, complementary water and leave the room very clean each time. In conclusion, the stay as mentioned is decent, considering this is only a bed and breakfast and not a full hotel.

Nightmare! This hotel by far has been my worst experience ever. I can sum it up as very poor quality rooms and terrible service. 1) Bad maintained rooms. Shower drain was clogged. During our 3 days stay no one fixed it. They mentioned since it is weekend!! I believe people go on vacation during weekend, they were not expecting guest I guess. 2) The internet was very bad, we used our own data for internet. 3) Not all rooms are air-conditioned!!! 4) We had main power out during our stay! 5) There is no emergency contact number and one to help you from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. - We accidently left the key in the room, and we had to stay out of the hotel with two kids, sleeping on the floor. For that reason we lost our booked tour on the next day (tour was leaving at 8:00 a.m. and Le Mummarelle opens up at 9:00 a.m.) 6) As a "gesture" the hotel owner promised to reimburse me for one night, but that was just a "gesture", they stopped responding to my texts and emails. And no refund! Let alone I lost a $970 on lost tour. 7) The worst part is that for collecting city tax, they kept calling me at 10:30 p.m. through midnight the next day!!! So they work over the clock for collecting money, but for providing services they don't answer any phones! The worst hotel experience in my whole life ! I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Very proper location apartment located in the Main Street of Santa Lucia.. the apartment is inside the building it is not a hotel so you really need to check for it properly or ask any store on the street they will give you the address.. the room is super clean and the guys are really helpful and willing to give there maximum effort to make sure everything is suitable for you .. there is no cafe shop or room services only in the morning where they will serve the breakfast.. which is a very simple and basic breakfast .. the location is perfect near to everything you need and near to the seaside .. if you are not looking for a hotel then this is the perfect place to go
