Great strategic location stone throw from Piazza del Plebiscito and seafront promenade, friendly and helpful owner, quiet, clean room. Single beds though are quite squeaky and not very comfortable. Breakfast is provided through cafeteria downstairs, consists of croissant/coffee/juice - could have more variety. Staff in the cafe is quite busy and look exhausted. Smoking area is next to the corridor so smoke comes inside. Kettle and fridge are in the room which is nice. B&B is on the 6th floor of the old building, lift takes 3 people. It was 4 of us here so I used to walk/run upstairs therefore good for health. Overall fine but could be a bit cheaper.
