It was a very lovely, friendly place to stay in. Rooms comfortable and clean. Short walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and many brasseries with lovely food. A short walking distance to their tube station, which is so easy to use, and whoever said French people are rude must reconsider . Everyone was smiling and very helpful . I just love Paris ❤️

I damaged my car while parking in the car park. Unbelievable short space. When i told the receptionist regarding this, she responded”if you closed your wing mirrors then it would fit” why was this information provided before hand. The room was wonderful with great view however the customer service was poor. I wouldn’t recommend going here. Very stubborn staff

The stay was overall good and everything went well until the end. Upon checking out the receptionist (who was the same last night) had a very high ego and decided not to listen today. Upon telling her we were room 62 she constantly kept telling us that we were room 63 and refused to accept that we did not pay a cash deposit. The receptionist constantly argued saying we paid a cash deposit of €50 when we paid a card deposit of €90. We asked them to check the cameras with their manager and they both stated that they saw us give a €50 cash deposit. They also claimed that they gave us a card saying how much we paid when they never. End result we had to go up to our room to find the card receipt. When confronting them they argued that it was our fault giving the wrong name. The manager came and didn’t care. Disgusting behaviour and extremely disrespectful. Didn’t apologise just kept saying ‘ got confused and it happens and that we gave the wrong name’. They don’t double check anything and have no respect for customers. Rooms are okay. Remote control for TV did not work. Had to get it replaced. Gentleman who came was very nice. Elevator is not spacious if you have a family with you or have a lot of luggage. The view isn’t the best but you can see the tower.

Fantastic stay at an amazing price. Inexpensive does not mean cheap! The location is convenient, you can easily get around with the metro or by foot. You can experience high quality bakeries and shops in the immediate area, as well as an open market on specific days just across from the hotel. The lobby is cute and because it is fully staffed it feels very secure. The staff provide an impeccable, warm experience, especially Margot! The rooms are tight and a bit dated but have everything you need. Do you come to Paris to enjoy your room? No. I would stay again.

My fiancé and I stayed at the Parisis and it was a pleasure from start to end. We were greeted by a kind face and offered some drinks while checking in which was a breeze. The staff is very lovely. We got a room with Eiffel Tower view and it was worth every penny. Going to sleep and Waking up to the Eiffel Tower was truly special. The room was very spacious, amenities were luxurious, and the bed was very comfortable. Location was also amazing. About a 10 minute walk to the lawn in front of the Eiffel Tower, or a 3 minute bike ride (recommended way to get around the city) the bike racks and metro are right outside the hotel. If I could give this place more stars I would. Thank you for the stay and we hope to be back soon! If the metro being right outside is a concern, it shouldn’t be. The rooms are sound proof and we didn’t hear a single train!
