Booked 2 rooms. Family room is great, it's connecting rooms. My other room I booked is called 'classic room', which means no windows. Because of the time of year they blocked the air conditioner and only has central heating. The room was so stuffy I couldn't breath. Service gave me a fan... I won't be able to sleep because it is so noisy. For booking 2 rooms for 5 days, that's poor accommodating me. I have 4 more days left in this stay...

My biggest gripe with this hotel was the lack of cleanliness. At the breakfast buffet the plates, bowls and utensils were not clean. Also, there was a lot of cross-contamination between vegetarian and non- vegetarian food. One day there was a big coffee spill on the floor which didn't get cleaned up and created more mess in the breakfast area. The rooms are small, unless you get upgraded to a King suite. I would NOT use the spa or gym here in case that was your criteria for booking this place. Location is central, but don't expect what you'd expect from a European 3 star hotel.

Horrible experience.booked 2 family rooms with full cash in advance..during check in, we were suddenly asked to move to another hotel 20 m away, saying it is the same group / brand; when we insisted that we want what we booked, there was absolutely no empathy and understanding; no integrity and basic understanding of customer service..those staff at the front desk were nice but they were helpless; we ended up moving to another hotel; toilets at the eeceprion lobby were disgusting and that was a good indication of the room quality and cleanliness; thankfully we moved to another place

We visit Hanoi 2-3 times per year. This time we booked 3 rooms at this hotel and stayed there for a week. This hotel is still doing construction. It smells paint so bad. This hotel you can't ask for check out late even 1 minute. They still charge for over time. Staff claimed that the boss won't allow customer to check out late. It has to check out at noon no matter what. Otherwise, you will get charge of 50% for checking out late. I will not go back to this hotel ever.
