We stayed here for a few days. The pool is very nice and the staff is very helpful in many manners. The room is big, but unfortunately quite old. Breakfast was not so good and therefore we only ate there once. Location is good though. Unfortunately quite expensive stay compared to what you get.

First of all, we respected all the rules that were communicated to us. In fact, we wanted to have a massage, I asked them at the reception where we could do it, they only answered that they don't know without informing us that they would have any rules in this regard. Thus, we found a company that does massage at home and, because there are more of us, we ordered this service at the hotel. When the masseurs came, the Piman staff reacted in an aggressive way both towards us and towards the masseurs, without giving us any argument for this rule, about which they did not inform us. We are extremely disappointed by this location and the way they treat their customers, without any orientation towards the customer and solutions, with aggression and carelessness. Very poor breakfast, very bad management attitude, payments without bills. Respect for the housekeeping girls, they are wonderfull!

Breakfast contains only eggs, rules appear along the way (I paid for a home relaxation massage and the staff was not allowed to enter the premises), the staff is not hospitable at all.
