Le Room Hotel Kangding

Before booking this hotel, please read the recent reviews as they are more accurate given the current state of the hotel. Staff are not friendly and they are ALWAYS on their phones playing games or watching youtube videos using the company’s desktop 🤡. They don’t bother greeting guests or even look up to the guests and smile as they are busy entertaining themselves on phone and on the computer. Whenever guests (including myself) approach them for any issues, they are always reluctant to provide help and act as if we are disrupting their game/show 🤣. Sometimes they are even seen sleeping at the receptionist desk which is very unprofessional considering that this is their working hours. Oh also, they don’t even have a proper set of uniform. Room is pathetically small and dusty. Toilet seat in room 605 is completely broken and detached. Room’s insulation is super bad. You will be able to hear the water sounds whenever your neighbours are showering and you can even hear their conversations. Don’t be fooled by those images you see online. And when you request for room makeover, you will only get clean trash cans, new sets of toiletries, new bottles of water and towels. Your bed will still be messy, sheets will not be changed and floor will not be cleaned, no matter how many days you will be staying. The hotel is also currently undergoing renovations so it will definitely disrupt your sleep if you do not intend to wake up at 7am every morning as it is super loud. On top of that, there are also constructions going on right opposite the hotel, so you can already roughly imagine the noise you will be hearing early in the morning. Free alarm clock i guess 🤡 The hotel also overcharge taxi services. You’re better off booking taxis on uber or just simply flag one outside. Guarantee that it will be cheaper and faster. Also, with this price, you are also able to get a better deal in Ximending area that are nearer to the MRT. You can even get better deals at a cheaper price, just have to scroll a little bit more and read a couple more of reviews. 100% would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Super bad experience overall. Didn’t even want to give it 1 star to be frank. The only good thing i could think about of this hotel is that the breakfast place located right opposite the building is good, thats all 🤣 There goes my first experience posting a bad review on Google.

Worst hotel stay ever. DO NOT STAY. Corridor reek of smoke. Toilet bowl seat is spoiled. Rude receptionist. Requested for room service to clean our room but no cleaning was done. Rooms were small and we barely had space. Requested them to help us book a large size cab as we have many bags, charged us NTD 1200. A small regular cab came, charged us the same price and receptionist refused to assist us and watched us struggle with the bags. Lousy customer service, lousy hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
