Furniture is very old and a lot of maintenance needed. Receptionists are cooperative and helpful. Breakfast is vary and good. Recommended for business trip and overnights.

We spent a long weekend at Le Royal Express and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel’s great location, beautiful mix of old and new, and very warm as well as helpful staff made us super comfortable, from the moment we arrived til the moment we left. I definitely recommend it.

I don't even know where to begin, I don't know if it's normal to get asked for your marriage certificate to get a hotel room in Kuwait, but this is what happened and the guy kept staring at us as if we were lying and that we weren't married like we're escaping justice or something and he caught us. First of all I don't even know why we would lie and say something that we weren't, second of all the place was advertised on booking to be great and a 3-star hotel, which it totally wasn't. The buffet didn't really have much options, and for the price we paid for the room, we should at least get standard service. At least hygiene standards! Wouldn't recommend.
