Overall, I had a great experience with the Saray Hotel Apartments; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The apartments were wonderful, clean, and perfect for weekend getaway with family. The only downside is that there are not enough parkings and the WiFi is really unreliable.

The hotel mattresses are fantastic, the kitchens and toilets are spotless untill the sewage started flooding. The toilet was literally flooded, and the worker was blaming us for no apparent reason!! The parks aren’t enough to accommodate a hotel the size of Saray. Some employees were vehemently hostile and enraged for no apparent reason. The elevator is a little shabby in that it makes some noise before stopping, and it once sounded an alert because it went lower than it needed to go. it would be really better if they add a washing machine or something like that. THe window in our apartment (17,floor 9) was literally about to fall. The cleaning services were really bad where no one would come unless you call the receptionist. away from that the cleaning staff was rude and really bored not wanting to do his job nor washing the toilets.i had 3 tests to do(online on my laptop)when i was there and the wifi was really good using a laptop. the wifi will work completely fine with a 5G computer or phone but it didnt work good with 4G devices and lower.there are enough plugs in every room but i’d recommended getting a wire extension. the plug was (type g) as in every arab country.DO NOT FORGET GETTING TOILET SANDALS BEFORE GETTING HERE, they dont offer them. The tv didn’t receive enought wifi so there is no use of it. I don’t recommend taking the sea viewing apartment. its pricey for no reason although the sea view is far and not that good. People foot sized 41+,GeT yOuR OwN sAnDals to walk around the rooms(its a carpet where some people find it disgusting). coming late to the hotel will be a problem because usualy the parkings be full. I don’t think they’ll be allowing people to bring their pet’s into the apartment so be aware. There is a store near the apartment for food and stuff. there are no Mcdonalds and fast food in the area but i recommend using (Talabat & Carriage). Families should get 2 apartments on accountof the bed sizes

Clean, perfect location, cooperative staff, suitable for small families. The flat has two bedrooms and a hall. Only one bedroom has a private bath. The hall spans over 50% of the flat area. It would be good if the bedrooms are bigger and the hall is smaller. There are construction projects in the neighbour which start at 5.30 am which was very annoying as you hear the noise very clearly.
