Absolutely perfect! The location, cleanliness, comfort and customer service. The lady at reception did not speak English but the housekeepers were super helpful and friendly. They even lent me a travel iron as they did not have one in the room. We loved our stay. The apartment was more spacious than it looked on the pictures. Walking distance to the shore, shops, Cathedral is right on the corner, other restaurants 2-3 mins walk and Carrefour supermarket was close by if you want to do your groceries. Highly recommend this place for a couple or family. We are a family of four and they had the sofa bed and extra bed all set up for our 2 kids which was perfect. Como is a beautiful town as well. We loved it there and hoping to go back and take my parents one day.

Perfect place. 10 mins walk from centre, beautiful rooms, lovely breakfast, great and very helpful team. Lovely touch by leaving a tray of drinks out in the evening. Limoncello before bed was great!!

Great location. You can park close to reception to unload/load and then park in a nearby garage (5min walking) for 15€/day. Wifi was working fine. Good communication with reception. The stairs until the attic- quite a lot of them. The room felt outdated a little. One of the beds was making sounds and not very comfy.

This was one of my favourite travelling experiences. The apartment is big and clean and so close to the Lake. The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind. All spoke great English and we're lovely. My Mum and I decided to take the cooking class that is associated with the hotel and it was fantastic. I highly recommend. One of the lovely staff, Sarah came to translate. It was a holiday highlight. I would definitely come back here.

We stayed in the Junior Suite for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The suite was immaculately clean with quality fixtures and fittings and stylish furnishings. I would recommend paying for the breakfast which is freshly prepared by the owner each morning and is all hand made, delicious! If you are using a car they do have parking which is an additional cost and is worthwhile paying for. Very much looking forward to staying here in the near future.
