Perfect location, clean rooms and fantastic service. Free coffee, water and biscuits on offer in the lobby. Our best accomodation in Italy so far. View was amazing from our balcony. We left a couple of valuable items in the room and they went out of their way to assist us in sending them to our next destination. The restaurant below the room was also one of the best meals we had in Italy. 5 stars, recommend to anyone.

Absolutely great location! Right in the center and still within walking distance to the train station. Free water was always available and the room was clean. However, one side of the curtain rod was hanging on by a thread and seemed very much like a safety hazard. Also, the air conditioner was basically useless and no one told us we had to empty the little box underneath with the water in it, because one night we woke up and there was water all over the floor. Luckily we didn’t have anything valuable on the floor but it still was very annoying to have to clean up the mess. If something like this is present in the room then we should have been informed at check in.

Very friendly and nice stuff. Service is great. Room was clean and very cozy. I had balcony in my room. Room service includes water , snacks, coffee and tea. Close to everything in town. Had breakfast in restaurant downstairs - was delicious. The owner is an amazing person.
