When in Rome - you eat the four Roman pastas! I chose this restaurant while we were on vacation in September because it was featured in one of Bobby Flay's Food Network shows. It did not disappoint. I made a reservation the day of using the online system and we were seated outside upon request. Three of us shared the pastas, which were so deliciously rich we had trouble finishing everything. The black truffle on the beef tartare was impressive but this dish was my least favourite of the evening. I thought it lacked flavour and the meat was in too large of chunks, which made it somewhat chewy.

Absolutely delicious food with an extensive wine list. The service was great and the servers were friendly with lots of personality. The pizza was truly a 10/10. Super thin crust and loaded with flavor.

We have been going to this ristorante for more than 10 years now, and always go to the Christmas Eve dinner (Vigilia di Natale) which has a great variety of seafood dishes. We especially LOVE the pasta with astice (lobster); the cubi di coda (croquettes of boneless oxtail cooked in a wonderful sauce and fried crispy in a panko crust); and, of course,the INCOMPARABLE pizza of buffalo mozzarella with black truffles. All the fried seafood plates are delicious, and so is the Bucatini Amatriciana. Run, don’t walk to this place (reservations essential, especially for Christmas Eve).
