Rooms are very clean. View out the window wasn't existent but didn't really matter to us. Service was even better than expected and very friendly Good: - mostly silent at night - many tourist attractions and places to eat nearby - reasonable price when we booked - 2 pillows each - room for your clothes and a safe Bad: - warm water sometimes takes a while - hairdryer wasn't great - somewhat hard to find the first time - noise starts around 7.30 - bed a bit too hard for my taste - lots of construction work going on nearby. It wasn't loud, but public transport is harder to access. This will improve with time I hope

We have now stayed at this hotel 3 times. It is clean, great service, nice breakfast in the room and very helpful and kind staff. The location is near campe di fiore which makes it close to just about everything. It is likely we will stay again. A room, a breakfast at a reasonable cost.

A good value for the money. You’re not getting the best of the best here but the rooms are larger for Europe and they come with enough to make your stay comfortable. It’s worth noting, as this is important to us, the air conditioning works well here. We like a cold house and are used to 68-70 degrees f inside at home. It took a few hours upon arrival, however we got the room in the low 70s, which is great based on other places we’ve stayed at. If you like it cold, this is a good choice. The breakfast you get is ok. It’s definitely not on par with any cafe but it’s nice if you want a quick bite before starting your day and it’s free. I’d skip it though and just stop at a cafe for a quick coffee and pastry. There are good cafes within 1 block in any direction you travel from the hotel. The bed, however, only gets 1 star. It’s really really hard as are the pillows. You’ll sleep after a long day of walking in Rome, but it won’t be the best sleep of your life. To end on a positive, the shower was really nice. Ours had a large rain head and the pressure was strong. A good shower is much needed after a hot day in Rome!
