Did a last minute walk-in, as we had some issues with the hotel that we booked earlier. The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. She gave us a special rate, as we wanted to stay for 3 nights. Even showed us our rooms before we decided to commit. We asked for adjoining rooms as we were all 4 ladies and she happily granted our request. Only one setback for improvement: one of the rooms has no latch, making it a bit unsafe for our two other friends. However, this was highlighted to the front desk officers and action will be taken to get that fixed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and location was also nearby to places. Will definitely make a comeback, on our next trip to Ipoh! Keep up with the good work!

Had a lovely and pleasant stay at Legacy Ipoh! Staff are attentive and helpful. Rooms are nice, mattress and pillow is very comfortable. Thank you Ms Pamela, Divya, Liza n Pavithran for being so helpful and friendly! U guys are the gem of this hotel.

Amazing place. Highly recommended for clean rooms, fantastic comfort, and a level of service that really goes above and beyond. If you’re looking for a simple stay that feels like home, it doesn’t get better than this.
