I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to every detail. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, added to the overall enjoyment. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a diverse menu. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Five stars!

We got “upgrade” to a family room even if there was only two of us. We thought that would’ve been cool. However, it was far from it. • The room was musty and old. • The lighting wasn’t great, especially at night. There was one bedside lamp only so we had to request for another one. • The plug points were limited. • There wasn’t any hot water. When we complained about it, they sent up the maintenance people who said we had to run it for a while for it to heat up. We ran it for about 5 minutes for it to get to a decent temperature (a truly waste of water). After I took a shower (long even 5 minutes), my husband took his and the water went cold again. • The furniture is quite old and needs a major upgrade. I must admit, the staff are kind and warm. But would I recommend this hotel? Only if their did a major renovation.

Affordable and comfy room that suitable for short stay. View from the room is good Room is in old design, lighting not bright enough especially at bed area. Suitable for rest but not suitable to watch TV or work due to dim lighting. Air conditioning is in old model as well, only can adjust low, medium, high or off. Air conditioning cold enough. Wi-Fi in room not available during my visit, only available at lobby. Bathroom is okay, but bath tab not suitable for old people to go inside. Also the movable shower head not working in my room, so my mom take her shower in another room that stay by my brother. Location is good, not that far from city centre. Parking is available in front of hotel and basement. Street parking requires to pay parking fee during weekday working hour. Basement parking is free however no direct lift to lobby. Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in a bit slow, around 5 minutes but still okay for me. Lobby looks grand and clean. Overall good experience.

The staff are ever polite and helpful. The room is larger than the boutique hotels in town which was what I needed as I had my bicycle in the room with me. And there was a separate fireman's lift for bringing my bicycle up which was very convenient, avoiding congestion in the normal elevators. The aircon works well but is not adjustable for temperature, only fan speed. WiFi doesn't work in the room and there's a shortage of power points as well. I only ate once in the cafe and the local breakfast was very nice. Location is convenient but only if you drive. Although there doesn't appear to be many parking lots, I always was able to park. Note that the elevator doesn't go down to the basement.
