this is a terrible hotel, don't believe the agoda rating!! all the walls are dirty, shabby, the furniture too, the bed linen is stained, the windows in one of the rooms are broken. ours had a tribe in the toilet. The area is bad, there are only Pakistani cafes here, only emigrant workers live, there are not even shops. besides, every morning at 6 am prayer screams right at your window, looking for a mosque in the yard, it’s impossible to sleep, earplugs don’t help. in the evenings until 11 at night some guy downstairs is screaming terrible songs. this is one of the worst hotels, should cost twice as much!! And of ciurse the pictures on agoda is not real, i chose beautiful room but when we checked in i was shocked, it is lie!

💯✨ This hotel is an excellent choice because it is near to KL's famed mall.🗼 Also, if you're looking for someplace reasonably priced with high quality that is clean, peaceful and provides excellent services. 💚 I'd love to stay here again the next time I visit KL. 🇲🇾🫶🏻

Think twice if you want to make a booking here. Absolutely not worth it! Pictures tell a thousand words and this is the first time I have been let down with a hotel booking. Would not consider staying in this hotel in the future. Pros: 1. Near World Trade Centre, KL 2. Room not sound-proof / Noisy at night 3. Big shower area Cons: 1. Rude front office manager. 2. Poor room conditions 3. Housekeeping staff does not speak English 4. Lack of breakfast options 5. Photo reflected on website or third-party agency does not match with actual hotel conditions 6. Small room

It's nice place and very friendly staff at reception counter. However, there is some things I really feel tht the hotel should improve. A. Hotel mattress, alot of bed bug. I can't sleep well. B. Room lighting, it's so yellow colour. Not sure is it official colour for all hotel. Please have some white light in the room. C. Small fridge in the room, basically I.feel it's useless as I buy icecream and coke inside put inside. Icecream melt down already. But my coke is not chilled at all. Please get to do regular checks on every quarter yearly. D. Parking facilities, I personally feel its very poor arrangement done by management for car parking as there is nil and we have to park the car by side. Basically it's like the concept of "siapa cepat dia dapat". Overall I hope the hotel management will review this and make improvements inthe future.
