Was a decent hotel room although we called multiple times on our last night for towels and did not receive them til after 6 hours, the hot water was then out for the whole building. When we brought this up to the front desk they mentioned they would help pay our taxi ride to the airport, they scheduled us a taxi and then did not pay it, we tried calling several times to speak with a manager and they have yet to return a phone call or answer their phone over the past few hours.

Located in a central part of town. Walking distance within everything. Rooms are good, but not super great. It served its purpose for what we needed while we were in Dublin. Aside from the rooms, the hotel itself is nice. Restaurant and bar were great. Breakfast buffet was good and the bar had good drinks and service. I’ve stayed at other “Leonardo” hotels throughout the UK. This one by far is not the best but as I stated earlier, it served its purpose.

A good centrally-located hotel in Dublin. Our group of 10 had 5 double rooms, and all rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a 3-night stay earlier this year. The rooms were quiet if your room was facing to the inside court. All ten of us were satisfied with this hotel and we would stay here when we go to Dublin again. The hotel is within walking distance to many places in Dublin, and bus stops are nearby to easily get to the places farther out.

My friend and I stayed here last Friday until Monday. Clean rooms and the beds were so comfy. Somebody came to clean part way through the stay. We don’t ask for anything anyway but we knew help was there if required. Antonio made us feel welcome when we first arrived on the Friday and gave us good recommendations. All the staff were friendly. Good location, not too close to the night life but a short walk away. A Tesco opposite also. We had a breakfast on our last morning, reasonably priced and was very nice. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed for 3 nights on our anniversary, lovely location, rooms are nice but was woken up 2 mornings in a row with construction going on in the room above us. When we brought this to the receptionist attention after the first night we were offered a late check out and told they’d call us later to see what else they could do for us. We were never called and the late check out was never documented so house keeping walked into the room and we were locked out when we popped out for a smoke. Very disappointed with this level of service considering we heard nothing but great things before. Such a big let down
