Worse experience in my last night. Very loud music, dance and party left me unable to sleep. I have international flight next day. Can you imagine. Called several times to front desk and didn’t pick the phone. Went downstairs and complain to person on the desk. He replied me that he will tell the manager tomorrow. It is December 1, 2023 midnight. This is my very bad experience in this hotel. It never happened in my life in any hotels and any where in the world even in the small and hotels in the poor countries. My room is 114. I am writing this review from my hotel room 30 minutes after my front desk complaint. Party is still on going with loud music and it is 12:49 am. They have to know that guests those who are in the room will get disturbed and the guests paid for their room to have good sleep. I will highly recommend future guests to be extremely careful when they book the room. God bless them. This morning (Dec 2) I was waiting to share my complains to the manager, and the manager did not show up. What a shame! I barely slept 1 hour. God bless this hotel. When I visit Cologne from my home country (USA), I will try not to spend my time in this hotel again. I did my higher education from University of Cologne and I have plenty of good friends and definitely visit Cologne again and again. I love this city and my professor and friends.

We stayed here from the 27th November while the 1st December and the staff and room was fantastic. There was building works on our floor to renovate some of the rooms and this work was carried out from around 8am-7/8pm meaning you couldn’t get enough rest after a long day previously exploring the city. The shower was a little small in the room but apart from that it was spotless upon arrival however our room was only cleaned once during our stay despite us having our card turned to “please service our room” If I was to revisit cologne I don’t think I’d stay here again as nice as it was, as it was around a 50-60 minute walk away or a 30 minute tram ride when on the Jet2 website it didn’t look too far away from everything

Nice place, clean, supportive staff, excellent breakfast. Great mix between nature facing a park with close deer park area and proximity to city. Booking team super supportive and ready for concessions after I mistakenly booked the wrong sister hotel at non-cancelation terms. Well done guys!

The location is absolutely gorgeous... But that's, unfortunately, it. Oh boy, where do I begin... The rooms are kinda dirty, which is reinforced by a prompt you get when trying to figure out how to get into the wifi. It asks you if you want the room to be cleaned every day, or just every other day. If you hit the second option, it just asks you again until you accept that it won't be cleaned every day. The toilet didn't flush completely, only the back ⅓ was even hit by water. 2 layer toilet paper... The service was not very open to helping. I wasn't able to reserve a table for dinner. 18€ for breakfast, per day and per person. (It wasn't even worth it in the slightest. The location is beautiful though! Beautiful park, and pretty easy getting around. Parking is 15€/day so you should calculate that in, because there isn't any other option to park your car.
