My room category was Comfort Double Room. I stayed for 30 days. The hotel has everything near ( big supermarkets, big shops, train station, bus station and underground station). The receptionists of the hotel were very nice and kind. The room had a well interior and the kitchen supplies were clean. The only thing that I was not satisfied during my stay on September was when it rained. Because of the moist and humidity, there were many silverfishes on the wall. The room got cleaned once a week. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

I lived there for 1 month. The staff at the front desk was not very friendly and didn't reply to “Good Morning” and stuff. The cleaning crew, on the other hand, was exceedingly kind and accommodating. The door key system is quite simple since you can simply print a new one, in case you forget yours inside your room. The building is always clean, the wifi is reliable, and self-check-in is simple. The room was very comfortable and the shower was warm and had a lot of pressure. The subway lines 3 and 4 are also extremely accessible (about 5min walking). Several supermarkets and pharmacies are located just in front of the entryway. And the street is bustling, with a variety of good restaurants and people going by. The only inconvenience is that I attempted to extend my stay by five months. However, all of the other rooms in my price range were already booked for the first 14 days, and they refused to give me a discount to stay in a larger room for the first 14 days and then return to the regular room.

The room I stayed in was small but nice, the staff are nice and allowed me to keep my things there until my next hotel room was ready. Its located in a great area where you can shop for food or go to one of the areas diverse places to eat. Highly recommend!

Joyn Cologne is situated in very lively, cosmopolitan district of Cologne. Near to S and U bahn stations. The street has every amenities that you might need: several supermarkets, restaurants, The building itself has a cold 70´s feeling but inside of the rooms are nicely refurbished with modern design, including cute mini Smeg fridges. Bathroom was particularly nice. Self check in process seems complicated at first but actually is easy and efficient.
