Overall stay was nice enough. I think if everything is fine then it is fine, but when they're is a problem the staff let us down sadly. The room had a bad smell like sewage coming from the bathroom. We asked if we could change room ( we tried for a few minutes to see if we could put up with it but it was extremely bad). The receptionist made us feel like we were putting her out and it was more of a us problem. A technician came but there was a language barrier so I called down to reception after waiting about 5 minutes to see what the result was. She basically sighed down the phone and said, fine you can change rooms. So bizarre to be giving so much sass. We were completely polite throughout all interactions ( it went through my mind that is this casual homophobia towards us or does she just hate her job). After our stay we saw that there were other reviews about sewage smell so this is clearly a ongoing problem. Even asking to put luggage away and we come back later was met with a strange over it type attitude. The staff overall don't seem too happy. Following change of room, it was nice enough, a bit of mold in the bathroom and was a twin vs a double bed ( which they didn't mention) but was totally fine and had a pleasant stay in the room. Has to be said the view was great! It's a tall building and the rooms are all based on the higher floors. Location was also great, we walked into centre often and a taxi was reasonably priced too. In the past we felt that the Leonardo brand was worth sticking too, but now it feels like it doesn't deserve 4 stars. Won't be assuming the hotel is good because it's the Leonardo brand in future.

Hotel is situated in nice location and rooms are in top floor of skyscaper. Big negative is very noise airo in rooms that you can't turn off and control the temperature. I was very angry about this whole night. Huge noise was also from other rooms and corridor. Breakfast rooms and service you will sure find better in another 4 stars hotels. Because of noise I can't recommend this hotel. When I complain on reception they don't even say nothing to apologise for our inconvenience :(

A good price-quality ratio, excellent cleanliness and order, in fairly spacious rooms. There is everything you need. However, these beds, almost a meter high🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️,- i don’t understand! The hotel is located on the upper floors of a skyscraper, so the view is simply breathtaking… But… for such money, the breakfast could be better, and there is a problem with parking. the garage is limited, and it is not possible to reserve a parking place - so must be prepared that you will have to park your car either in a nearby hotel or elsewhere.

Rooms do not look very modern, but they are fine, they have all the necessities and are comfortable. Beds are fine and daily replenishments are decently carried out. The problem was shower and room temperature. Shower water was cold. No matter what we did we could not get it to be warm; it was mildly warm at best. Also, the shower cabinet could have been bigger given the size of the bathroom. Moreover, after attempting to call 2 times the reception, there was no response. So there is a lack of instructions/communication I would say. Finally, the room felt cool/chilled even if we increased the temperature. Strange. Location is nice. Reception can speak English.

Have been on a bus tour and have stayed at a few different hotels that have all been quite good. However this is not. Bed was as hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. There are no plugs next to the bed to plug in a charger. After very uncomfortable night decided to have a hot shower to ease aches and pains. The hot water (on full no cold water) was at most warmish. The air conditioning was not working properly and couldn’t change the temperature. The fruit juice and hot chocolate were like water. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel and will be making a complaint to the touring company
