Lovely little hotel, immaculately clean with staff who can’t do enough to help! The room service options were really good and delivered from a nearby restaurant. The pool and spa facilities were nice however I did try to use the pool on evening to find two young couples having a very intimate time in separate areas of the pool! This was something to laugh about and did not ruins the stay at all. Would definitely book again!

My family and I stayed here on our trip to Paris, and had a wonderful experience. We booked connecting rooms, which was helpful for having space for 4 people. The staff was very friendly, and would have two hot chocolates ready for my children when we arrived at breakfast. The breakfast is a nice French continental breakfast served each morning. The neighborhood also added to our positive experience. It was very family-friendly, and quiet at night. The hotel is situated right next to several restaurants, cafés and markets, which proved convenient for a family traveling with young kids. The metro station is less than a 5 minute walk, and the Eiffel Tower is an enjoyable 20 minute walk. I recommend walking to experience Paris, but the metro will bring you close to the site as well.

We recently stayed in this hotel and it is beautiful, In a beautiful area with bakeries and restaurants surrounding. We were visiting from Saturday-Tuesday and hadn't initially wanted to spend much but we thought it was worth it for the spa, and so we splurged. As soon as we got to the hotel we were told that the Spa and Pool were closed, We were so annoyed, especially because they said someone was coming to hopefully fix it on the Monday. I am a firm believer that it isn't necessarily what goes wrong it's how they deal with the issues, and they did it amazingly. We were given 2 free breakfasts, free cocktails, and we could use the spa until 10pm on the day we checked out. I would say we probably ended up using the spa more that we would have. The staff were incredible. So nice and friendly, and were there 24/7 to answer any questions. The cleaning staff were amazing! Nothing really compares to coming back to a clean room everyday. The hotel really is only a 15-20 min walk away from the Eiffel tower (and you enter on the good side with the park). We have travelled all over, and didn't really expect much from this spontaneous trip, but it was my favourite! We will definitely be visiting again and staying in this hotel!!

This hotel is a hidden gem! The service and air conditioning really make it an absolute winner. I would stay here again! We traveled with my two kids and 75 year old parents. We were in a family suite and they gave kid toiletries, a balloon and small games. They also brought fresh juice which the kids LOVED! The Commerce metro is a 6 min walk. We did the Navigo passes and it was so easy. There are 2 bus stops across the street. My kids loved the pool which also has hydro therapy and the steam room. I used the gym a few times and had it to myself. We stayed at a Paris and Nice hotel and the air conditioning was horrible. The AC was amazing here and that can’t be underestimated. We also loved the garden which was on our floor. We ordered Pietro to-go, from across the street and ate it on the terrace. Lastly, there is a grocery store a few doors down which was so convenient. The staff could not have been kinder. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job, it’s hard to find places that care this much nowadays so I commend your entire team! THANK YOU!
