A luxurious stay! Everything about this location is incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were cool and spacious, the water for showers was hot, the surrounding environment was tranquil and lush, and the staff was so delightful and sweet. The restaurant on site has vegetarian options with tofu, easy to make vegan by asking for no eggs. There is a small stream separating the hotel from the beach out to the ocean that you need to get on a little raft to cross. The hotel has 24hr service for helping people get across the stream on the raft. Once across the river, it’s a very short, pleasant walk along the beach/forest to get to the nearby walking street where you can enjoy lots of food and drink options, as well as go for a swim in the ocean! The very kind gentleman who ran the ferry during the day was attentive and efficient. One day when we were going to cross the stream he pointed out a super cool monitor river to us that was just outside of the water! I wish I had had my phone on me to take a picture, but I was incredibly grateful he pointed it out to us! This may be normal for most places, but they also arranged a very comfortable can ride for us to and from the airport at the start and end of our stay.

Ok the is hotel far from everything. Have to walk 20 min trough a dark forest to reach the restaurants at the beach. The pool is nice but not much shadow to hide from the sun anywhere daytime. We had a private pool room but the pool was too cold and full of leaves and dead insects, so we did not use it. The aircon in the bedroom was too small so i had to sleep at the bottom of the bed to get some cold air from it nighttime, which resulted in a lot of mosquito bites, since i could not use the mosquito net provided. Overall this is a 3-star establishment, not a 4-star that it is presented as. What irritated me was that i had to drop of my wife at the airport and they said that one transfer to the airport was included and free, so we used this. Today when i checked out they still wanted payment for the transfer since i went back with the car after I dropped her off. I tried to argue with them but they just looked at me with open mouth and looked like they did not understand, which they probably not did any way. So a big NO to this hotel, don't stay here, I don't like to be tricked when I'm on vacation, and I take things like this very seriously, so I will not go back. Besides that the food was cheap and the things in the minibar bar was almost all very cheap as well. So if you accept being tricked a bit and accept living in the forest, then the actual hotel is not that bad.

Don't believe the pictures you see. The hotel was sold to be modern and looked luxurious but the rooms are very old and outdated and the bathrooms need to be brought into the modern age. The bed that was provided was very hard and old and really showcased the age of the room. The amenities were also very old and the bathroom especially had a broken showerstand with a non functioning waterheater. I was VERY disappointed as the pictures truly sold us dreams. Lastly, their connection to the beach is very scary TBH and doesn't function 24/7 and the pool is soo highly chlorinated that it bleach my swimwear.

It’s hard to find the hotel even with GPS. The roads are narrow and lack of street lights. There are garbage everywhere around the building of the hotel. The rooms are super old and curtains are thin where people can see through. Landscape needs maintenance. Cancellation policy is uncleared especially if and when you check out early than your original booking - no refund for remaining night. I wouldn’t be coming back again.
