Had one the best staycations at the Level suites. Me and my little family had a deluxe two bedroom and it did not disappoint. All the amenities made it that much better. It was like a home away from home. I’ve stayed in other luxury apartment suites and this is by far the best. Only thing I think needed to be addressed is the oven, maybe needed to be seen by maintenance, it was smoking a bit.

It has alot of potential. Very roomy and set up well. However, you can tell they are not a professional hotel. For one, the cleanliness of the rooms was not good, stains on rugs and furniture that would come off easy from a shampooing, which likely hadn't been done in years. The bathtub did not drain at all, something a housekeeper would notice immediately. My door was also off one hinge, another easy fix. They have a washer and dryer and dishwasher but supply zero soap. It slept 6 and we were there for 4 days (they don't clean in between or restock) yet we had 4 total towels! Also, to get in the parking ramp you have to call the front desk, they rarely would answer, then would be rude when you kept calling. That being said the balcony and space is top notch

We stayed here for 4 nights in a 2 bedroom suite. Front desk was helpful and ample space in suite. Location was relatively close to everything we wanted to do. Would be nice if there vending machines or a place to purchase drinks or food on site. Suites were not well stocked and had to ask for items several times. I would have loved this place but the noise level was awful the first two nights. People up and down the hallways and loud parties until 3 am. If you like quiet, maybe not the place for you.

Upon arrival I was delighted about my stay at the Staying Level North. I entered the location to check in. I was then told my room was changed to a different room than booked. Upon reaching the level where my room was located we noticed the floor was floored and had fan in the hallway with a distinct odor. There was construction in the room next to us and loud noises from them working in the room. Once entering the room we had smelled a distinct cigarette odor. So we settled in and open the windows. We were all tired from the long road trip. Then I reported it to the staff and they came to the room and to confirm the concerns. I asked if I could speak with management tomorrow to be compensated another room or even a refund. I have yet to hear anything back from Brontë Oliver or the team and have attempted to get some form of return from our stay since we had to change locations.

This was a great experience however, I would say for the price it should be more things included such as Service to the room without charge, waters or snacks, clear communication about the stay and amenities, we did have to purchase refreshments nothing was available on site. Parking should be included not an additional fee. When requesting toilet tree refills it took sometimes 30 plus minutes to an hour. We weren’t able to connect one of the smart tvs to the internet, so that was disappointing. This is more of an airbnb stay rather than hotel. Still extremely nice just some things to keep in mind.
