Small rooms but comfortable bed, very helpful nice staff, elite location and great price for that. Working WiFi, TV package has some sport and is a good screen. Quirky funny design theme in the hotel. Great place for our needs

To go in and out it's automatic you need to put a code, my check out time was at 11 and at 10 40 they deactivated my access, it took 15 min to get somebody to open the door with the fear of losing.my flight

Everything was amazing 👏 stylish apartment, an adorable view, and a perfect location. Just unfortunately we couldn't use a dishwasher, because it was clogged before

We want to express our gratitude for such an excellent experience. We have stayed at hotels all over the world. We have been blessed to be in more than 30 nations, more than 100 cities, and we can truly say that our stay at Level Rooms was awesome from the beginning to the end. The administration and personnel (especially Natalia and Viktoria and everyone) were amazing with their care and kindness! We didn't want to leave, even if there were other options, we came back to stay every day that we were in Warsaw. They were so hospitable and helpful: our luggage, different types of payment (cash and credit/debit card), reservations, cleanliness, and great coffee. We enjoyed every moment in Poland and were so happy to come back to the hotel because it seemed like home, it felt like a family! We were so blessed to adopt Viktoria into our hearts (she is one of more than 50 spiritual children) and we were also blessed to even meet some of Natalia's family members (her uncle and mom were so kind). We will never forget Warsaw and we hope and pray to return soon! We will never forget the impact of this special place, especially at Level Rooms, and the love and care they showed to us. We will keep them in our prayers forever, like a family!
