Really comminted staff working at the Front desk and resto....they are GOOD know what are theh doing. Old building room no good need reno may be ? New building room is good but too small. However you pay what you get. Is only for sleep is enough. (No study table no hair dryer.....) For meets with people they have many options for you to use (indoor, outdoor) The multifunction room at ground floor and 5tn floor is good, clean, good for event of 30 peoples. We like this hotel.....may be the door into the resto and open space need to improve (is hard to open also making disturning sound) See you again soon. Say next month may be.

An affordable hotel that’s located in a very strategic area. Very close to Blok M area!!! Though I can say that the standard double room is quite narrow and the bathroom in the room is sooo small. They have two cafes in the hotel, though, which is very nice. Free parking, great service, and very nice overall.

to my surprise the hotel room is way better than i expected, its very clean and comfy. The price is really affordable however im not a fan of the service. as someone who also work in the same field i am very dissatisfied with the receptionist they were so unfriendly and unhelpful i cant help but thinking how on earth these people get hired..not to be mean but i suggest to give them more training on how to behave

For budget hotel, it was great! Highly recommended and definitely will come back here. - Excellent services. - Fast and easy checkin (just show your ID and pay 100k for deposit) - Nice and comfortable room. - Free mineral water refill. - Strategic location (near Pasarraya Grande, Blok M square, Blok M plaza, minimarket, McD, etc.) - There is also public transportation nearby (Transjakarta and MRT)
