This is not a 5 star hotel and doesn’t pretend to be but it is clean, friendly and in an excellent location. The staff are so helpful and the buffet breakfast is authentically Vietnamese with lots of western options if that’s your thing. I love our stay here. (From Australia).

Warning! Though the location is desirable. This hotel is above a Karoke Bar on the second floor that opens all night. The thumping from the bass rattles the upper floors and will keep you up all night. It is now 7AM and the music is still going strong. Notice the sugar packets have the name of this hotel in the video to show that this is proof of an actual room. Also, there is no after hours front desk help. So if any problems arise, you will have to wait until 8 AM to get any kind of service.

The hotel is in a great location. Just a short walk to Ben Thanh Market and Dong Khoi Street. There is also a large bus stop right in front of the hotel. Building is old but has been beautifully renovated. Staff is very attentive and helpful. breakfast buffet on the G flr. has a wide variety of items and is very tasty, so it is a must-try.

My wife and I are Australians of European decent and stayed at the Que Huong Liberty 3 for two nights. We were very impressed with the hotel and the hotel staff and their helpfulness. The hotel is in a great central location and offers excellent value for money. It lacks grandeur but is a good quality clean hotel at a fraction of the cost of the top class hotels. The restaurant was superb with great tasty and authentic Vietnamese food and good service. If you want comfortable and good value accommodation in central HCMC this is ideal. We strongly recommend this hotel.

The rooms have been remodelled and brought to the 21st century. However, there is a stank stench in the room without the Aircon turned on. Stench is consistent in all the rooms I have stayed in with and without balcony. Location is the best in HCMC, it is very centralised, walkable to Ben than market and to takashimaya. There is also a great variety of coffee around. They recently opened a passio cafe at the reception, previously this was for the breakfast in the morning.
