So impressed! The service was great! I love the all inclusive meals and drinks options. They have a lot of activities and the location has a private beach and pools (with water slides) it’s perfect for adults and families. The lobby is very impressive when you walk in. We did some neat activities like archery and the Mr. Liberty pageant. The operations of the hotel is a well oiled machine. Everything is executed perfectly. I loved the towel swans by house keeping!

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was excellent. Opted for the all inclusive and the food options were endless and all so delicious. The staff are always attentive and most helpful ensuring that you are having the best time. The pool was really nice and also have a separate adults pool which was great. The beach was clean and then loungers were readily available.

Hotel absolutely stunning, extremely welcoming & friendly. Entertainment outstanding & the entertainment team work so hard & get you involved. Our cleaner Gulseren was wonderful & made us something beautiful out of towels every day.The room was spotless. She greeted me & my two daughters every day with a massive smile. The chefs & all the hospitality staff work tirelessly to made sure everything is just as it should be & the highlight of our week was the traditional Turkish evening. Spectacular well done to all the staff. I can not wait to come back here again.

Great place to lay on the beach and eat until you pop. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room with a sea view is a must. The food is to die for as you will get a variety of dishes including desserts that are too many to choose. Cons. When you're lying at the beach, most beach hotels have staff that come around and serve you drinks, not here. No hot tub, and you get only one free restaurant reservation. If you come off season, there are only two restaurants open. These are not deal breakers, but it would be nice to know before making reservations. Food is very important to me, and this would have made me a repeat customer. Again, a hottub would have been very nice.

Despite being in winter, the hotel offers a high quality of service. The room has everything you need for a family and the bar is free of charge and drinks are replaced every day. The cleanliness is always 100%. The food is delicious and always fresh with different variants for each person, plus a good wine. The drinks and cocktails are excellent for all inclusive. I thought the evening shows were great and I imagine they must be even better in summer. Gym, sauna and pool in good condition. Beach always well maintained. Points to improve: most of the staff speak better german than english. Some of them found it difficult to understand me and I had to explain again in german. Nevertheless, many thanks to the hotel for giving me energy for the winter and I would definitely come back in summer.
