We went there on a vacation as a couple, and we stayed for 10 days. We were welcomed with a smile and friendliness the whole stay. Almost each and every worker is friendly, but some supervisors have to learn how to great the guests. Sometimes, they would make you feel you don't exist. Food is delicious and fresh, and the options are endless. Of course, they repeat some dishes, but that does not mean you do not have a choice. The spa area needs to be worked on, like quietness and the fact that some people sit and use their phones without headphones. The other annoying part is when guests snooze around and come into the spa area with shoes and dressed up, you would feel weired being half naked. The door to the gym is right in front of the spa area, and the gym music is loud and annoying for someone who is trying to calm down and relax. All in all, it is a place to go to, and we will try to come back again. Ps. All the waiters and bartenders in the lounge and bar area are really friendly and nice.

We recently had an amazing stay at miracle resort, our rooms where spacious, comfortable and clean, nice balcony too. The buffet offered a nice variety of food and the food was tasty. The swimming pools, water slides and beach area are great. The staff where friendly and helpful. The resort is very child friendly. We will definitely go back!!

Good hotel with high level of service, good food. But the New Year celebration was a big disappointment. They didn't offer anything tasty for dinner, they didn't even bring half of the holiday menu, and when we asked for dessert, they sent us to the restaurant next door to get it from there. total disappointment ... We would not repeat New Years here ...

This was the hotel we have searched for with our 4children! All our suspects and wishes came here true. The Personal were super friendly, all of them and also before coming to the hotel the Managers Sefek & Michaela organized everything for us. We have had here the best time and the children enjoyed it also to the fullest! It is very family friendly, they have even in the restaurant around 100 baby-chairs (in every corner). The buffet covers every taste and cuisine. It‘s a really big and very clean hotel and they are all so helpfull! Thank you again for the best experience. We recommend our friends this hotel too and they’ve experienced their stay the same way like we did. We will come definitely next year again!
