The location and view are ideal, the pool and beach are enjoyable. However, the food quality is disappointing, and the restaurant managers display extreme rudeness. They seem ill-suited for their roles, lacking in customer care and experience. We made our reservation based on an inflated 8.3 rating (which is implausible) from fake Google reviews, as well as the enticing hotel location and beautiful photos, along with an attractive price. My advice: Avoid dining at the hotel restaurant if you choose to book here, I strongly caution against it if you want to make the most of your trip.

Location - absolutely amazing 👏 Members of stuff - nice, polite, they always tried to help. Every situation or question - no problem, we can help, can figure it out. Even after check out, they allowed us to use a beach and take a shower. Definitely recommend coming here, enjoying good customer service.

Our stay at this hotel was less than satisfactory due to the poor food quality, unprofessional restaurant managers, and the fact that all staff appeared inexperienced and untrained in guest interactions. In addition, it was evident that the housekeeping staff lacked discretion, as they seemed to expect tips from guests when they saw them, repeatedly stating, "Hey, we cleaned your room." It's baffling that they would exhibit the same behavior every day, as this should be part of their standard job responsibilities. Their expectant gaze and insistence on tips left us questioning their professionalism.
