The location of this resort is amazing! It felt as though we were staying in Greece. It's a 10 minute walk from Naama Bay, which is very convenient. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of pools, even a heated one! The resorted private beach is clean. The buffet is good. They have different dinner cuisines for each day of the week. The resort js very popular among Russians so the entertainment is mainly in Russian. The rooms are spacious and in good condition. The only reason I gave the rooms 4 stars is because our rooms shower had a really bad damp smell coming from it, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed. Other than that, I really enjoyed our stay here.

The location of the hotel is great, close to nama Bay pedestrian walk and the beach. Reception staff were friendly especially Ali. The room were nicely designed however they have a big problem with Internet in rooms and shower pressure. Service in the restaurant is what lost this place points as it was very bad especially the waiter named Ibrahim who was rude. Drinks ordered would never arrive and all staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. The hotel bar staff by the beach were good and did their best. The entertainment staff were also great. Food quality was OK but nothing special and what you expect from Novotel.

I am here in this hotel for the last 3 days with my cousin's for holidays...First of all I must say "It is an amazing place" The people serving here are extraordinary kind helpful and caring They met us with a big smile. The first person in particular who welcomed us with his lovely smile and attitude is Karim in the reception A person whom I can simply describe as dedicated for the care if the guests .He will walk the extra mile to make a guest feel at home. Karim is amazing in his reception position,reassuring that whatsoever it takes he will do for the visitors What a kind person who really fits in the position given to him He is in the right person for the right job.I recommend any tourist to come and visit the place to experience what I have experienced here To the authorities if Novotel Palm I say "Karim is an asset to this huge place He fills his position with high efficiency and standards"

The hotel is nice enough, the rooms are a little dated and could do with a bit of modernising but they were clean and spacious. I stayed in a room situated at the very back of Novotel Palm which meant a considerable amount of walking but it meant it was nice and quiet. The hotel itself seemed accommodated specifically for Russian guests including all the entertainment which was in Russian. It’s a short walk to the beach which is lovely and has some fantastic snorkelling and sea life. The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel, situated on the beach is dreadful and I would not recommend at all. If you want an all inclusive holiday where you stay only in your hotel and on the beach then this hotel is a good choice. However, if you want to explore and enjoy a bit of local culture this is not the place to go. There are virtually no local restaurants except one by the public beach which I would recommend. The surroundings are similar style resorts and I found myself getting a little bored during my stay. The nightlife seemed non existent in this area, I believe if you want more atmosphere the old town is the better place to stay with more local markets, restaurants and bars. The hotel also has a spa and offers boat trips and diving trips. If you want to lie on the beach undisturbed you will need to pick up a ‘Do Not Disturb’ pillow when you collect your towels. Otherwise you will get interrupted constantly while trying to sunbathe by staff trying to get your to books treatments or trips. Hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast options were very good and varied!
