It is centrally located, close to the bus station. It is well equipped. In the very rainy days of summer it is much too hot. There is no air conditioning. In the evening, when you can ventilate and cool down a bit, you can hear the big noise outside. The position of the furniture in the room is strange.

The room is modern and nice, the kitchen is full equipped. Some rooms are in the first floor and the rest in a second floor were you only have access through stairs. The kitchen was poorly cleaned. A spoon had rest of food and the furniture was dirty with oil. The hand soap was also dirty and it seems to be old and overly used, I was disgusted. I contacted Limehome and said the will look for a solution. Next day the cleaning lady was here and asked me what was going on, that they had stress and maybe was not so thoroughly cleaned. She asked me if I wanted it to be cleaned again but I said no because I needed to stay in that moment in the room with my baby. I think a better option would be to offer a new room, if you are staying a couple days I don’t see why I need to leave a room that we fully pay to be properly cleaned while I’m there. The heat from the bathroom goes on and off by itself, you cannot turn it on or off… I contacted limehome to ask about it but they didn’t responded. The bed is ok, the towels are really bad (thin and cheap) my experience in the limehome maximiliempkatz was better, but I don’t know if it was because it was at the beginning of the Pandemic and their standards with cleaning were higher.

Complicated check-in, photos of ID and selfie should be uploaded to get access details/access codes. What about data protection? Very bad air in the room, it smelled musty, almost unbearable. Barred windows with no view. The street was noisy at night. Fan in the bathroom was very loud. No parking at the house. The price-performance ratio wasn't right, far too expensive for the poor condition.

positive: location very central, quiet street. Rooms spacious and modernly furnished. negative: No parking spaces nearby, the cheapest parking garage is Maximiliansplatz with a daily rate of €20, 300m away. Check-in complicated. Code lock on the front door is broken, there is a key safe hanging on the door for everyone. Bedsheet was stained, WiFi password was wrong. Fan fell apart. Price/performance is not right here.
