Good location in the new town in the immediate vicinity of many bars and restaurants. Clean three-room apartment with bathroom, kitchen and balcony as well as attractive, functional furnishings. The evening “raccoon cinema” that can be watched in the backyard is really fun. Unfortunately, due to the neighboring party area, you cannot sleep with the windows open.
