New and clean. I have been 2 times and with good discounts. The only thing this time all Windows to the road, which is very noisy dont even think to open the window. The main issue is one of the windows without curtains, unless you can sleep with bright light from outside

I DO NOT recommend this place at all! I have never been hosted at a place where the team is so unprofessional! Basically, once you do the check-in they will stop answering to your e-mails. So if you have any problems or requests, they will not care. I particularly discourage NorthApartments if you’re visiting Dresden for work reasons and you need an invoice. They assured me they would make me one, but of course, they said so before I did the reservation, so that I would book with them. I would not have booked if they had told me they cannot provide an invoice. On my first of 18 days with them, I asked them via email. This was followed by other 3 requests which were met with no answer. I tried calling, but an answering machine redirects you to some guests’ app for which I was never given access. In all, I was completely scammed, since they told me they would provide me with something, which later on was not true.

large and cozy apartment. top heating that can be managed independently. silent double glazed windows even if they overlook the street with passing yram and cars. total silence. my apartment has a balcony. comfortable bed. all services included such as: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, TV, wifi, kettle, toast machine. in front of this building there is a shopping center 100 meters away with: baker, butcher, organic vegetables, Aldi supermarket, Sushi, covered parking with video cameras for €8 24 hours. telephony, Dm, grocery, cosmetics, and more. you are in front of the tram stop that takes you to the historic center... it takes 20 minutes on foot. if you come to dresden for work and business this is the ideal place with kitchen. balanced price for quality service and location. vote 10.
