To start with this hotel is located in the centre and less than even a minute to the metro station. If you have a public transport pass it is a very convenient location. The rooms were clean even the shower. The door stopper was very annoying near the closet many times we hurt or feet by just stamping on it Room size was good They are taking card details as a security deposit which is scary, instead they should inspect the room if they have trust issues. No issue with hot water and air conditioning Things they can improve: Add a kettle to the room, door stopper can be towards the wall instead like a nail on the floor Overall good experience.

Our room was so dirty. There was hair and soap on the walls of the shower and blood and mascara on the sheets. There are two buildings about a block away. One is like an aparthotel- where we stayed, the other is a hotel- where reception is. I wrote the full story in my booking review, but basically, it is disgusting and the staff will not do more than the absolute minimum.

For the price, this is a really good hotel. The rooms are tiny but they do have balconies if you are a smoker. The rooms are clean and feels new. The staff at reception is very helpful and the location of the hotel is very convenient. Our room was by the street so at night we did get a lot of noise from the rubbish collection and general traffic. I recommend asking for a room on the upper levels.
