This is a great little hotel in a perfect location, right across the St Lazarus church, and 2 minutes walk from the main promenade and Larnaca mosque and fort. Room that we got was spacious, clean, and beds were super comfy. Great value for money in my opinion.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in December, the location of the hotel is great, next to the promenade, rooms were very spacious, some even had a balcony to enjoy the see view and sunrise. I really appreciate the fact that there were enough chairs in the room for people to sit on. The breakfast was also good, would definitely recommend staying there.

Everything was wonderful! The hotel is in a prime location, just 5 minutes from the beach and the coastline. The rooms are spacious, tidy and clean! The staff was friendly and welcoming! Everything was good, but breakfast is the same every day. A little variety in the menu is desirable, because 5 days of eating the same thing gets boring ...

The hotel had a weird vibe. The lobby was always empty, very weakly air conditioned, you could smell a weird odor of humidity once you enter the hotel. The floor was never clean, I could not feel like the cleanliness was top notch. Service was very bad, very arrogant receptionist greeted us and did not accept to extend our stay for a paid late checkout. Not friendly at all! Other than a receptionist, no staff was available for any room inquiry. Corridors were also not air conditioned, very annoying in summer. Plus the elevator is not very well maintained. At breakfast, empty tables were not clean, we had to choose the least dirty table to sit on! The only good point about this hotel is its location. Very short walking distance to the seaside road and the inner old city. Also, our door could be open without the need of a card from outside. Practically, anyone could enter the room!! We called the reception, they said that there was nothing that they can do.

Our family vacation (2 adults and 2 children, 5 and 8) in September was a pleasant, refreshing break from a series of working days. The hotel is located a few steps from the beautiful square of the Church of St. Lazarus, and on a direct line within walking distance from the beach. The staff was kind and unobtrusive. The spacious room ( with balcony and sea view) has everything you need, fantastic soft mattresses and clean linen, cleaning was done daily. Good wifi. Kettle, cups and coffee with cream. hairdryer, iron and good-smelling shampoos (which you can take as a souvenir :-). The breakfast was plentiful, a standard buffet, the menu did not change, but everything was quite edible. On the last day we left very early, and instead of breakfast they prepared 3 lunch boxes with sandwiches, attentivly to our request. Many thanks to the staff!
