Very nice place to stay! The room (for 2) was nice, bed is smaller than expected. But overall the room was very nice, clean and very new! The staff we met was very nice and helpful with our needs! Also check-in is between 3pm-11pm, however reception is opened 24/7, therefore you can drop your bag before getting your room or after checking out to start visiting, which was very nice! The gym was appreciated and nice for the short stay! Only thing might be in the kitchen, where you only have the strict minimum (2 plates, 2bowls, 2smaller plates, 2 forks/knifes/spoons, a cutting board, pan and a casserole), which is okay, but for example when you use the oven (which is very nice to have) you have nothing to not get burned. Also it is kind of on the outside of the city, but you can quickly get around by bus/metro or even walking (lots of hills) Also, the hotel is very calm, but there are soccer fields very near by, which you can hear. In my opinion wasn’t an issue. Overall, I would 100% recommend to stay there, We had an amazing experience!

Good quality for this price. Quiet neighborhood with some noisy bar that started with music after 11 pm 🙈🙈. Clean rooms with the kitchen. A bit used towels, and I found someone's pants lost in the bed drawer. I was not happy with the reception as we waited for 20 min for someone to check in. The receptionist was back only after I called the customer service and to her. It might be a coincidence. However, the receptionist didn't say simple: "Sorry, that you had to wait after the journey."

The Hotel stuff was super friendly but in our first night I found the face fowel was stained and the bathroom door handler was bad build so every time some close the batgroom door you had to force to open it. So not good if I was claustrophobic person. Out of that was every very good at the Hotel.

Nice, clean room for a couple of days. We had an ensuite bathroom, stove and fridge. The staff is kind and professional (except the woman at the desk on July 13th, since she wasn't able to inform us ptoperly about the check out: the key-card automatically stops working at the check-out time). The only incovenient: it's a bit far from Casco Viejo, easy to get there by subways which closes at 11pm, so difficult to come back after dinner (50 minutes walk).
