Perfect place for exchange students. Would highly recommend over looking for an apartment. Great way to make friends and have fun while balancing with university work. Can't stress enough how great an experience it was. Great companionship between the residents, problems were soon fixed by the staff and the flats were comfortable. 10/10

Although I liked the building in terms of facilities and the fact that I met most of my friends there, this place is overpriced and does not provide the good service you would expect when you pay 500-600 dollars for a room. When I arrived at Livinnx there turned out to be cockroaches in our room. We started complaining about this from day one, asking for another room, but for one month there was no manager to be found to talk to. We were constantly sent away from the reception with the promise that new fumigations would take place, which did not help as there were cockroaches not only in our room, but through the whole middle segment of the building. In the end, because we complained so much we could move to another room where the problem was solved, but we heard that new people were simply put in our old room with cockroaches. People who got the pests later also complained, but were not moved and just had to stay with the cockroaches. I get that this is a terrible problem for Livinnx themselves which is really hard to solve too, but just putting new students in a building full of cockroaches does not seem like a good solution to me. Thus, would recommend people to instead look for a nice student house in Providencia!

Livinn Santiago is 100% the best student residence in Santiago, I have met so many people of so many different nationalities here and we are like one big family! Besides the comfortable and modern apartments, cannot fault the attentive staff.

Living in LivinnX is one of the best experiences I have had in recent times, you meet people from all over the world, you make many friends and experience very good and great things, the rooms are 100% equipped and comfortable, the building is super entertaining since it has many Common areas such as games room, barbecue, gym, study room, swimming pool, terrace, etc. 100% recommended, I have renewed again for another year since there is no other place better than there
