Everything is great at the hotel. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help, the room is always cleaned very well and even if you don’t want cleaning the cleaning staff still makes sure to offer you some water which I thought was lovely. The only downside at the hotel is the food, it’s kind of bland and tasteless, I tried a few dishes and the breakfast as well, it wasn’t satisfactory, they have good fries though. But there’s a lot of good restaurants around so I didn’t really care that much. Also would be great if they had some taxis that they could call, I needed one the reception was super happy to help and use an app as well, but I was already using an app and it was already difficult enough. So having a few taxi numbers they could call that could serve the hotel would be great.

Spent there only 2 nights. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything that could need during your stay. The most impressed I was about mattress, it was so soft like at home 😊

Had a great experience at the hotel, all staff are friendly and very helpful. Location is ok, close enough to local shops/ take away places. Room was clean, very nice room and standard.

I recently stayed at Livinton Hotel, from the point of arrival to departure the customer service was fantastic! My suite was very modern, spacious and clean with great WiFi connection. The hotel offers a great Turkish breakfast as well as a take away service from local restaurants for dinner. The staff place the order for you and bring the food to your door. The team are very friendly and even planned a day out for us when we asked for recommendations of places to go. Serhat, in particularly was brilliant and exceeded expectations! He always went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and had a great experience. I was always able to contact him for assistance and he was very accommodating to my needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you to Serhat and the team at Livinton Hotel.

Since our arrival we ask for housekeeping, water, tissues, coffee and tea but no one comes and listens to us everyday. We ask them, but they do not do what we ask, knowing that they are nice and say okay, but there is no life for whom you call. I am very sorry. To say this once, they came to clean, and they did not clean completely, but rather they put a garbage bag on the refrigerator, and the breakfast is very boring and does not change, and the bread is exposed, an experience that will not be repeated
