Beautiful hotel with large room. Loved the high ceiling and the classic furniture. Staff was absolutely lovely and super helpful. Very nice breakfast.

Venice has so many beautiful bridges and they are all connected in a way. You can do a 15-30 minutes walk to connect to each bridge which is beautiful because it gives you access to view the city while walking .

I personally don’t understand why this place have such high review. The room is big and beautiful, high ceiling and marble bathroom, but that’s about it. The room was adversed as “city view”, basically it’s just two windows facing the narrow street. The “hotel” is actually on the 1st floor, so you need to carry your staircase on a flight of stairs. There are only 6/7 rooms as far as I could see, all on one floor where you also have breakfast. The receptionist that checked me in was lovely, very informative, and patient. My room came with breakfast, but it is not buffet style. There were no eggs or fruit. My room is next to the section where food was prepared/heated up. So every morning I woke up by food smell.
