Great B&B, excellent reception. Convenient for ferry from Fusina to Zattare, so much so we booked again for next year's short cruise. Room in attic with terrace excellent, bed comfy, room well soundproofed and dark at night. Breakfast good. Daniel most welcoming and helpful at reception in spite if busy telephones and front door bell. Lift slow but adequate especially in historic building, the building being a little hard to find. Wouldn't recommend the rooms next to the breakfast area as could be noisy from 0700 hours possibly. Definitely would return, and are doing so in 2024.

Palazzo Guardi is definitely serviceable. It's ideally situated between two vaporetto stops, Accademia and San Zaccaria. The San Zaccaria stop is especially handy when going to-and-fro the train station. Their 24-hour front desk is also assuring. Their staff is nice and helps out when possible. Breakfast is adequate, enough to give you a filling start to your day. What we didn't expect when booking this place was that the hotel is essentially just one big apartment. So the lobby/dining/reception is literally at the same place and all the rooms open to the lobby. At first a little jarring at first but, honestly, it wasn't a huge issue once you're settled.

My family stayed at this hotel while in Venice. The staff was so friendly and amazing. Free beverages and a nice breakfast. The room was beautiful and clean. Wish our stay was longer because I love Venice and this hotel was pretty amazing.
