Lovely hotel, in a great location. Heated pool. 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette, a great size for families. Close walk to shops and sunset views. Service impeccable and breakfast was well worth it. Slight problem was that the chlorine in the pool was so strong it gave my kids rashes. Otherwise fantastic stay. Thank you

We had an excellent three nights here. Rooms are very good. Kids enjoyed the heated pool. Although the old school chlorine was harsh. Loizos is so handy to Fira, the iconic views and all the shops, restaurants and bars. Very nice staff and the breakfast on offer tasty.

Great service. But that’s where it stops. The dual rooms, one of the bedrooms had no windows. This is fine except that wifi was horrible. There was also no cell reception. The AC in our room constantly made a loud rattling noise. Not to mention a cat was feasting on a bird right outside our room in front of the pool. Go elsewhere. Won’t recommend this.

Pros - location is a few minute walk from the bus station which is very convenient to get to and from the airport/port/all areas of the island. The front reception lady was also very helpful and nice. Cons - this is the furthest from a 4-star hotel I’ve ever seen. The rooms are mediocre (ours had a foul smell, wasn’t very clean and honestly just kind of depressing inside). The walls are also paper thin and we could hear everything from someone coughing in their room to screaming kids. Also, the WiFi was so bad we had to try to complete our work from the pool area which seemed to be the only area that had consistent WiFi connection (which was still bad). Summary: this is not a 4-star hotel and I would pony up the extra money and stay somewhere else.
