Only stayed here for one night since our other hotel had a conflict for one night. We requested to cancel the reservation because the concrete floors seemed filthy and the room still had remnants of old guests (open shampoo/lotion bottles laying around). The housekeepers came off pretty rude as well. The room likely hadn’t been maintained well as the door creaked enough to wake up the whole villa when we would come and go. I booked it to save money, but it was only saving us a very small amount compared to the luxury style hotels with views we went to afterwards, not worth it. Breakfast was ok, and a nice perk to be included.

The building is in a good position in Imerovigli, few steps from marvellous caldera view of Santorini. Bus station is close (good to know is you use public transportation) and in the small square just outsite the gate there is a mini market. Room is big with a confortable bed. Personnel is kind and helpful. Breakfast is good But let’ go on the negative side: Service is not at correct level for the kind of accomodation. They forgot to clean up the room (excuses like “the girl is new” are not acceptable. Neither “you should have used the label in the door”.. there was no lable to use in the room and no istruction about that” The small swimming pool was very dirty and it has been for all 3 days long. There is no place where to hang out swimming pants.. There is no shadow outside the room, where you can have breakfast of take dove rest.

Stayed in the Traditional suite and really enjoyed it. The location is quiet and close to the local bus stop. There is also a store right around the corner (you need to buy water since the island water is not safe to drink). The host George was very kind and helpful. He helped arrange convenient and timely transportation (for extra cost) to and from the port.
