full of bed bugs in the room , Can’t explain how scary is it, I have been so many hotel and YHA , NEVER SEEN SCARY LIKE THIS, it’s a hotel more then hundred pounds, can’t be accepted. Moreover, It’s not a hotel with a reception, We arrived and open the apartment door with no lock , which mean everyone can go inside this small apartment. A nice staff come after I send a message, our room arranged just next to the unlocked apartment door with a huge window, the window is so old the lock is not work, You can hear anything outside and I can say everyone can go in our room directly from the road, not securer at all !!!!! Water for bath is super hot or ice , no way to manage a reasonable temperature, my husband just take one minute ( real one minute ) for his bath with super hot water, And I took a ice water bath because it’s ran out of hot water after my husbands One minutes bath. what a terrible night!!! I don’t care the sound from upstairs / the size / and old, but clean with no bed bugs and the standard security is required for every place. the hotel manager can’t be contacted, thanks for Adoga CS arrange a way for me to escape this terrible place at the next early morning. I will not recommend this hotel at all, unless you want to pay a hundreds pounds for ascetic penance.

I have stayed here 3 nights at the Eurostar rooms .This is a private guesthouse .I met with the host via phone . He showed me the room . It was all ok for the price .

Bedbugs (bed bugs) are infested in large numbers. If you have already made a reservation, we recommend that you turn on the lights and sleep in a bright room. However, when I woke up in the morning, there were a lot of bed bugs on my pillow. In the basement room, I couldn't sleep because of the loud air conditioner from the nearby store. I talked to the owner about the bed bugs and no help was given. This was definitely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
