This place is amazing with top tier customer service at both main reception desks. I stayed for one night between 15th and 16th of August this year for a work trip and it’s simply beautiful. I was just a visitor but anyone studying here is truly lucky 😊✨

Great option if you are looking for cheap accommodation in central London! It's not a hotel but a dorm - that is important to consider - therefore don't expect full service in terms of towels, soap, hairdryer, cutlery, tv or other amenities usually present in hotel rooms (although there is room cleaning service available). My room facing the street was perfect for my short stay, it was quite spacious, with a desk, closet and comfortable bed - something you'd expect in a dorm room. It only had a sink - all other facilities such as toilets, showers and kitchen were shared. All spotless and clean despite being common places. My room was in very good condition, unfortunately there was no AC, only a fan, (I visited London during the summer heatwave) therefore my stay was not as comfortable as I would have liked. Regardless, it's a perfect budget/last minute option to stay in the city center. The whole neighborhood seemed quiet so having windows to the street didn't bother me at all (I would have preferred the view to the meticulously cut yard if I could choose). The British Museum is only 10 minutes away walking distance and the same goes for tube, either to Russells Square or King's Cross St. Pancras. Visited in July 2022. Paid by card.
