Love stopping over in Kensington area before flying LHR. Easy transport links and this hotel was safe and friendly. The room on first floor ticked all the boxes. Bathroom modern clean but small. TV hairdryer in place. Happy to stay again.

Convenient for the price. We had a room with a private bath and it was all very tiny, but had a closet and shelves and enough areas to put our things. The staff is wonderful. Coffee shop downstairs is convenient. You can stop by in your PJs :) Location is not the best when it comes to mass transportation: the Kensington stop is nearby, but it’s not very well serviced. But you can walk to the hotel from other tube stops in about 20 minutes. That said, we loved the Kensington/Chelsea neighborhood because it is more residential and really beautiful. Away from the tourists and hustle and bustle.

Hotel is very well located. There's a pub and a mini shop just on the corner. Bus stop 49 is very close. Rooms are very warm, spacious, well decorated, makes you feel very comfortable. Modern bathroom. Free WiFi with excellent signal. Staff are very polite.
