Having first experienced the hotel's charm in 2005, I was pleased to find that it has not only maintained its high standards but has also embraced a timeless elegance that has evolved with the years. The staff at Lotte Hotel Seoul continue to set the standard for professionalism and hospitality. From the moment I entered the lobby to the time I checked out, the service was exemplary. The staff members were not only attentive but also displayed a genuine commitment to ensuring a memorable stay. Their knowledge and willingness to assist with any request further elevated the overall experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional dining experience. The breakfast spread was a culinary delight, featuring a diverse array of delectable options to suit every palate. The room service menu was equally impressive, offering a selection of gourmet dishes that surpassed my expectations. Excellent hotel. Great location. Room is so nice with great view. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. It also has afternoon tea and happy hour but we did not always eat here as you would want to try local food.

Loved our stay here. This is a big, bustling hotel, but the service is high end. Particularly enjoyed “The Drawing Room” for quiet early evening cocktails, had breakfast there one morning too, it was our haven away from the crowds. Beautiful room in the executive tower with attention to detail.
