Rooms are tired & out dated compared to the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was great, we really enjoyed it. The pool is nice but only had 8 sun loungers for the whole hotel..Most of The staff could really try smiling & look as though they want to be working there, never seen so many miserable faces in 1 place.

I stayed here for 3 nights, although I wouldn’t wish staying a night here upon anyone else! We had booked two rooms, my grandmother was in one of the rooms and she looked under the bed only to find a used item (made of latex!) under there along with its wrapper! Additionally, on the final day I woke up to hundreds of ants roaming around the room and all over the bed! The rooms are outdated and loud, this hotel needs a serious renovation! The bed had a comforter about the same thickness as a piece of paper on it! The breakfast was meh, we had it the first day and decided to eat out the other two days. The location of the hotel makes it hard to get anywhere without relying on a grab, but whilst waiting for your grab be prepared to see numerous big fat rats roaming around outside. Whilst waiting for a grab one night outside of the hotel I saw 7 rats! The staff gave an insincere apology in regards to this issues that were presented, back in Australia we would have been offered a partial refund or even offered a complimentary stay next time we come back, but our $2 mini bar bill didn’t even get covered, considering I work within the hospitality industry back home I understand how hard it can be but come on this level of service is horrible and how hard can it be to ensure the cleanliness of the rooms! For the price of the hotel I was expecting it to be much better, this is my fourth stay in Saigon and also my most expensive one too, this is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Would not go back!

This hotel for price and quality is one of the best in Saigon. Big room, comfortable bed and breakfast is very okay. Swimming pool is small but clean. The problem is the Insane traffic around the hotel makes a lot of noise and pollution and location is not really ideal.
